Salary: £40k-£50k base salary + commission/bonus
Location: Manchester

With over 50 years' experience, they are a leader in their industry and are looking to double in size in the next 5 years. Working mainly with the SME sector, they have restructured the business and are now looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to head up their internal Account growth and development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an expanding business who truly invest in their staff.

The Role: Inside Sales Manager - Account Management Team
We are looking for an outstanding person who is an energetic and inspiring leader with a proven track record of successfully developing an internally based client relationship/accounts team.

This role would ideally suit someone who is currently in a Team Leader, Sales Manager or Inside Sales Manager position who is ready for their next challenge and looking to progress further in their management career. The opportunities within this growing business are ready to be taken for the successful candidate.

Core skills and background include:
·Previous experience in software solution sales
·Excellent sales leadership skills
·A successful background in leading an Account Management team
·Very strong coaching and mentoring skills including the ability to develop people
·The ability to work to and achieve value KPIs achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting skills
·A proven track record in maximising revenue opportunities, cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts
·Energy, drive and motivation
·Keen attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
·Experience of managing a graduate team would also be beneficial, but is not essential
