Are you an experienced Internal Account Manager with a fantastic ability to build and maintain relationships with numerous stakeholders? Do you have experience in developing and growing existing accounts?

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a driven Internal Account Manager for the UK largest supplier of manufacturing products.

Responsibilities



* Integral to the management and maintenance of the organisations key accounts
* Regular contact with all allocated customer contacts, maintaining and developing customer relationships to enhance customer experience.
* Providing customers with quoting and processing product orders
* Establish strong long-term relationships with key intermediaries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each account's business and delivering appropriate solutions
* Maintain strong business and working relationships and interact at an appropriate level within your accounts to deliver sales for maximum profit and growth
* Managing quote creation end to end through to completion of order generation
* Analysing customer sales history to ensure that they are ordering all appropriate product lines.
* Hitting monthly sales growth targets on a consistent basis.
* Reactivating lapsed accounts
* Handling with customer queries
* Updating customer database
* Reaching sales targets
* Chasing Leads

Requirements



* 2 years + Account Management experience
* Experience in the Hardware/Fixings & Fastener industry would be advantageous
* Results-oriented achiever with a proven sales track record in developing business
* Ability to create an immediately credible impact
* Creative problem solver
* Previous experience within telemarketing
* Proven ability to build strong personal relationship
* Excellent Inter-personnel skills
* Excellent telephone skills
* Have good IT skills
