IT Support - London - £30,000 to £38,000

A global market leader and international service provider to the education sector is urgently seeking a new IT Support Analyst to join their team in London. You will be responsible for both 1st/2nd line and Deskside IT support to their London HQ with an additional focus on VIP support - working with CXO and Director level users on a regular basis.

They need someone with a credible background in IT support, a great customer focus, and the confidence / maturity to deal with senior VIPs in the business.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- Extensive experience of 1st/2nd line IT Support, working with the Microsoft technology stack

- Demonstrable experience of Deskside IT support

- Prior experience of supporting senior VIP users (CXO and Director level)

- An excellent customer focus and good communication skills

- A technical background in supporting Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Exchange etc

- Any experience of Azure environments would be an advantage, but not essential

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £30,000 to £38,000 depending on skills and experience
