We're currently recruiting for a graduate to join a progressive and collaborative commercial design business based in Central London! If you hold a degree and have some experience in customer service/client relations this will be the perfect fit for you!

The Junior Account Manager has a vast range of responsibilities within the division including assisting the Account Management team in coverage and helping to grow revenue in the region. The Junior Account Manager will help clients negotiate the design process for bespoke marketing items that will tell a story for their brand or commemorate a corporate milestone.

Salary is £21-23K

Job Role:

* Coordinate and manage the process of opening and designing new projects.
* Review production files for accuracy before approval.
* Assist in preparation of billing documentation, particular attention on split billing.
* Coordinate research and source items that can be used in bespoke designs.
* Provide team coverage as needed.
* Help with following up on open projects consistently and chase outstanding projects.
* Provide shipping and custom assistance on projects with multiple clients in the UK.
* Help drive improvements internally and grow our vendor database.
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* University degree and experience in a customer service/client relations environment.
* Strong understanding of sales and customer service
* Excellent command of English both written and spoken, with the ability to interact
smoothly, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to deal with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong organisational
skills.
* Excellent social skills with pleasant personality and professional appearance
* Ability to work independently, goal-oriented and self-motivated
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet browsers
