Responsibilities:



* Create a secure, caring and stimulating environment where children see learning as purposeful, challenging and enjoyable
* Support an independent approach to learning, creating first-hand experiences to encourage natural curiosity amongst the pupils
* Dedicate yourself and take every opportunity to expand each child's learning experience
* Promote and support the children as independent learners
* Encourage children to develop a sense of responsibility and respect for their school, the wider community, and the environment
* Have clear routines for the daily management of resources, work areas and children's belongings

Requirements:



* Hold qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Have experience in a similar role
* Be resilient and have a determined approach
* Be able to engage with a wide range of pupils
* Have fantastic communication skills, and don't be afraid to voice new ideas
