Are you suited to working for a lively office? Do you want to work for a family run business? Are you a sales administrator with a freight/ logistics background?

My client in Coleshill is recruiting for an internal sales advisor/ sales administrator to join their busy and expanding team. We are looking for someone with freight/ logistics experience to do all the sales administration for a busy sales team. You will be working with up to 60 quotes a day and need to manage your own time. Up to 20% of this role will also be telesales, where you will need to contact existing/ lapsed/ new clients for leads.

Your responsibilities as a sales administrator:

* Produce quotes daily - on a manual tariff
* Support the field sales representatives with all necessary tasks
* Making outbound calls to existing customers - up selling where necessary
* Making calls to new customers and find leads
* Providing a high level of customer service at all times

Your skills/ experience as an internal sales administrator:

* At least 12 months experience in a similar position
* Experience in freight/ operations/ logistics
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Attention to detail at all times
