We are recruiting for a massive Facilities company in Manchester City Centre, who are in need of a Maintenance Planner. The main purpose is to ensure that each mobile technician had work planned and scheduled efficiently align with contractual scope and service levels.

Responsibilities



* Job planning and scheduling of all preventative and reactive workload activities
* Responsible for efficiency of planning for all maintenance activities
* Taking service requests
* Managing holidays and sickness cover
* Organising and coordinating 'new starter' essentials including van, phone, ipad, accounts and laptop if needed.
* Ensure work is performed in accordance in accordance with environmental, health and safety policy
* Provide additional administrative support as required

Requirements



* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Experience operating a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Maximo system experience would be a distinct advantage
* Full understand of Microsoft Office packages
* Experience scheduling a team of mobile technicians
* Facilities Management administration
