Managing Quantity Surveyor

I am seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversees a selection of £10-40mil projects in the Berkshire region. My client are involved in a wide variety of sectors and have a very strong order book. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading top 10 main contractor with an an excellent reputation in the industry.

You will have a strong team of Senior QSs reporting into you and you personally will be reporting into an accomplished Commercial Manager. They ideally want an individual already performing in the role but would consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up, if they have experience of running a cluster of projects with numerous surveyor reports.

* Reporting into a Commercial Manager
* Key contact for the client and PQS
* Overseeing financial KPIs


* Ideally already performed in the role of a Managing Quantity Surveyor
* Main contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
* Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
* Stable, progressive CV
* Project experience focused on the London region
