Managing Quantity Surveyor - HIGHWAYS - City of London - £65K + Package

Do you want the opportunitiy to work for a contractor who are incredibly busy at the moment? My client, an exciting highways contractor are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in the City of London.

Not only will you help manage their commercial team, you will be involved in a shceme right from the early stages, providing great lognevity and progression opportunties!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):



* Provide accurate financial reporting on the projects he/she is leading
* Manage a team of direct reports
* Manage subcontractors ensuring they follow the companies procedures
* Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
* Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a main contractor within infrastructure
* 10+ Years Experience
* (Ideal not necessary) Experience managing a project / team previously
