Managing Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure - Surrey - £75 - 85K + AMAZING Package!

Do you want the opportunitiy to lead your own team, your own project, all while earning great money? My client, an exciting civil engineering contractor who turnover £150m in their infrastructure business alone are looking for an MQS to help manage everything commercially from pre construction stage to final accounts.

You will be working for an established contractor on a brand new joint venture. As well as leading your own projects you will be expected to lead up to a dozen QSs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MQS!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):



* Provide accurate financial reporting on the projects he/she is leading
* Manage a team of direct reports
* Manage subcontractors ensuring they follow the companies procedures
* Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
* Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a main contractor within infrastructure
* 10+ Years Experience
* (Ideal not necessary) Experience managing a project / team previously
