Managing Quantity Surveyor - RAIL - London - £62K - 70K + Package!

Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your career? Do you want to work for a company that values and respects their staff? My client, a rail contractor at the top of their game are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to help managing their team based in Central London.

Not only will you be managing a commercial team along with one other, the framework has just kicked off, soon to be moving in to the next phase, offering great longevity!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited to):



* Managing a Commercial team
* Commercial reporting, both upstream and downstream
* Internal Reporting
* Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.

Key Experience:



* Experience managing a team and/or project is IDEAL
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a civil contractor is essential
* NEC Form of Contract experience is necessary!
