My client is looking for a Marketing Manager for their office bases in Sandy. This position requires someone who is confident delivering the execution of online and offline marketing strategies, which will be an integral part of the drive to reach their sales targets.

Responsibilities:



* Manage and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Work collaboratively to deliver effective and innovative marketing campaigns i.e. creative, brochures, digital, events, PR etc.
* Responsible for the overall direction, formation, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of strategic marketing initiatives
* Responsible for progress monitoring any additional risks associated with the marketing programme
* Ensure an audit trail is maintained
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Lead the planning and implementation of designated projects
* Establish a marketing strategy and consider all relevant client requirements
* Manage approved budgets and be responsible for measurable ROI for all campaigns and activities, to deliver value for money and cost savings for the business
* Develop, deliver, enhance and maintain the digital platform / PR / database management
* Maintain database activity and integrate the digital platform elements
* Provide independent analysis of all new potential opportunities
* Ensure that all marketing activity is in line with GDPR, the Consumer Code, and complies with PMA

Individual:



* Extensive experience in a similar role
* A proven track record in developing, managing and executing multi-channel communications programmes
* Experience in a business where generating leads through online and offline channels, is fundamental to business success
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Experience managing projects and people
* Proven experience managing a marketing strategy which has resulted in a significant increase in convertible leads
