Job Title: M&E BIM Manager

Location: Central London (Zone 2/3)

Salary: Negotiable

About the company

My client is a leading MEP contractor based in central London. Backed by a long history they are renowned for creating & applying innovative ideas across the building services industry. The business is dedicated to project delivery and they have consistently set a high operational standard over the last 25 years. Due to a significant growth period and major developments kicking off in the New Year; they require a M&E BIM Manager with a proven track record of managing multiple BIM projects and the ability to understand the full review process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E BIM Manager/ M&E BIM coordinator who are looking to progress their career working with a market leading business.

About the role

As BIM Manager you will be responsible for:



* To manage the scope, cost and programme of the BIM coordination
* Working closely with the project team and regional engineering manager
* To interface with the internal design team
* Provide price programme reports

Remuneration package

In return my client is offering the following:



* A basic salary of up to £65,000
* Fully expensed travel
* Contributory pension scheme

* 25 days holiday
