M&E BIM Technician - Sittingbourne - £30,000 to £40,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

My client are a growing and ambitious M&E Contractor looking to expand their Design and Build capabilities as they take on more prestigious projects across London and the South East.

You will form a pivotal partnership with the Design Manager in delivering designs for New Build Residential projects, and eventually develop into a management role.

Duties for an M&E BIM Technician:

* Use of the following Software: AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and Navisworks
* Check/produce drawings for MEP package in accordance to construction programme
* Responsible for making changes to existing drawings by using Design Manager's markup
* Has experience and knowledge with MEP services coordination (but this task will also involve communicating issues with Technical Team for guidance)
* Working with the Document controller to ensure commented drawings and revised drawings are on the Projects Sharepoint platform and by the Design/Technical Manager's discretion.
* As Builts
* Design Review meetings

* Starting salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
