Mechanical Commissioning Manager

A chance for you to work on some flagship projects in Central London for a Tier One M&E Subcontractor. We are currently looking for Mechanical Commissioning Manager for our client. This is a regional role based in the Central London area. Over the last 30 years, the company have developed a fantastic reputation in the successful delivery of some of the most complex engineered projects across the UK.

About the company

My client is an internationally recognised MEP contractor who was established mid 1980's. The business generally overs the commercial residential, hotel and leisure sectors. With a turnover in excess of £150 million and predicted growth for the next 3-5 years; this is a fantastic time to join the firm.


* Have a minimum of 10 years experience in a site engineering role preferably with experience in HVAC system commissioning & Handover.
* Previous experience working in the Public Health / Hospital environment.
* Have excellent I.T. skills with MS Office, excel a must.
* Managing the Commissioning process with the client and site teams
* Issuing weekly Commissioning reports
* Providing technical input to the control processes
* Reviewing Commissioning RAMS prior to Commissioning activities
* Ensuring all parties are coordinated for witnessing
* Overseeing close out documentation
* To co-ordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan.
