Mechanical Construction Manager

The Organisation

My client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who were established in the 1950's. They specialise in the complete installation of full Mechanical and Electrical turn key packages predominantly across the Office, Residential, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Retail sectors. The business completes an extensive amount of work with both leading contractors as well as end users. Projects range in the region of £1 million - £10 million and they pride themselves on strong working relationships and a high quality of installation.

The Role & Responsibilities

As Mechanical Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following:

* Overseeing the full Mechanical package from procurement stage through to final account
* Ensure the site team are fully briefed regarding programme & budget requirements
* Ensure method statements are in place for all activities being undertaken
* Regularly communicate with both the client and subcontractors as well as attending weekly progress meetings
* Overseeing all H&S related documentation
* Arrange testing witnessing & sign offs
* Involved with final accounts and project handover.

Remuneration package

In return my client is offering the following basic salary and remuneration package:

* Basic Salary of up to £65,000
* Company Car Allowance

* 25 Days Holiday
