** MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - IMMEDIATE START - EAST LONDON **

Are you an Mechanical Construction Manager keen to get involved on an exciting long term project? Do you have extensive experience working on Residential AND Commercial projects? If so, continue reading as I am currently recruiting for an Mechanical Construction Manager to work on a mixed-use development in London for AT LEAST 12 months.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



* Technically competent in Mechanical
* Track record of working on Residential projects
* Can assist in the production / review of risk assessments and method statements
* Can confidently deliver risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks and start of shift briefings to operatives
* Excellent man management and communication skills
* Carry out inspection and audit reviews
* Keep records of daily operations, produce daily records

Candidate Requirements:



* Residential experience is essential
* CSCS card
* Mechanical background
* SMSTS
