Randstad are recruiting for Maintenance Engineer for one the UK's largest FM companies. They are looking for experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a existing team for a static site in Oxford. The role involves carrying out M&E maintenance tasks within a specialist industrial environment.

Responsibilities:



* Working on a portfolio of specialist equipment
* Day to day duties include undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance
* Typical duties will include HVAC, UPS, BMS and general maintenance
* Regular checks to ensure fire alarms and fire fighting equipment are in working order, management of fire drills, fire alarm testing, and updating the fire precautions log book
* You will be responsible for liaising with specialist contractors and more general housekeeping tasks
* Liaising with management regarding any health & safety issues, ongoing repairs, maintenance and building projects

To be successful in this role, my client is keen to meet with individuals with the following:



* Mechanically qualified
* Experience with Steam
* Minimum City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 1&2
* Proven track record in a similar environment
* Full driving licence
* Be proactive in their approach to work
