Mechanical Estimator (£50,000 to £60,000 p/a) - Tunbridge Wells

Mechanical Estimator required for an established Building Services Contractor with a Mechanical bias.

This Principle contractor based in the heart of Kent are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team as they take on more projects. With approximately £6 million of projects already booked for 2018, and last years turn over sat between £8-£9 million, this is a great opportunity for a career driven individual.

You will join an already established Estimating team, assisting the Projects department to produce competitive tenders.

Projects tend to be within the Residential sector, including District Heating and Energy Centre projects, valued up to £2 million.

As a Mechanical Estimator you will be expected to:



* Bring tenders to Prime Stage
* Price to win bids
* Help with the development of junior staff as needed
* Work well with other departments

In return you will receive:



* A salary of between £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
