Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Green Park, London | £38,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working for a well established, internationally recognised business within a very high end environment?

I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work in a very high end corporate premises near Green Park.

You will still be expected to have a general understanding of mechanical / hvac plant equipment ie:, AHUs/FCUs - filters, belts, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks and etc however training can also be offered on this equipment. There are critical systems on site such as High Voltage, generators, UPS etc however you will be given further training on this.

You will be reporting into the on-site supervisor with a strong team of engineers working with you.


* Up to £38,000 basic salary

* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Strong understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
* Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises is preferable
