Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Westminster - Monday-Friday - £35,000 + Package

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a successful international
property maintenance company.


The role involves working on a Government contract on behalf of a well known International
maintenance company The role offers a good route of progression and both an internal and external training programme.

Hours:



* Monday - Friday - 8:00am-17:00pm

Duties:



* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
* Carry out repairs to mechanical services
* Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
* BMS, UPS, Generators, chillers, sprinklers, DFUs
* Undertake mechanical work safely in compliance with mechanical standards
* Complete suitable risk assessment prior to undertaking mechanical work

Requirements:



* HVAC to NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
* Mechanical maintenance engineer experience in a similar role
* Critical environment experience
* L8 Qualified
* Apprentice trained - desirable
* Appropriate knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
