Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a commercially minded Mechanical Project Manager looking for a challenging opportunity to help a close knit team drive forward the Mechanical Division of a typically Electrically bias M&E Contractor?

My client, a large Retail M&E fit-out Contractor are looking to grow their budding Mechanical division with a capable Mechanical Project Manager, to focus on key, well known clients.

Projects will typically be on a program under 12 weeks, meaning this fast paced environment will require you to manage your time effectively, along with monitoring sub-contractors closely to ensure productivity.

As this is a small contractor, you will help grow the Mechanical Department, being involved from all aspects of projects from pre-tender, design, pre-construction, install and handover.

Projects will value from small works up to about £500,000.

Duties:



* Estimation
* Design
* Sub-contractor management
* Program creation
* Variation orders
* Progress meetings
* Client facing duties
* Site visits

Package:



* £45,000 to £55,000 on a sub-contract basis
* Holiday allowance
* Sick Pay
* 1 Month notice
