Mechanical Project Manager

Are you looking for the next step within your career? This role offer a serious progression route up the ranks, whether you are an Engineer looking to project manage or a Project Manager looking to take on larger work.

I am currently working with an M&E Contractor on a very high spec residential project based in East London. The project is well known within London due to the spec and this contractor are ideally looking for someone to come and manage the mechanical side of the contract alongside another Project Manager.

This project is still at pre con stage with the work commencing around the start of April, giving you a great chance to run your job how you want to and not clearing up after someone else's mess.

They are looking for someone with a solid mechanical background that will be fully involved in driving the project as well as supporting the overall Project Director in client meetings and reporting.

The Role:



* Coordinating the installation of mechanical services
* Overseeing the various projects through to commissioning and handover
* Management of the various sub contractors on site
* Liaising with architects and attending client meetings
* Ensure projects delivery and budget

Experience:



* Experience working as a Project Manager
* Mechanical bias
