Mechanical Project Manager

A capable Mechanical Project Manager is required to join a well known and respected M&E Contractor in Maidstone, Kent.

Based in the Kent Countryside, this M&E Contractor has been turning over £9 million steadily for a number of years now; meaning you will join a stable and reliable team. The client act as a Principle contractor, working with local authorities on projects valued up to £2 million as New Build or Refurbishment projects.

You will work one project at a time, focusing your time between the office and local sites to Maidstone, so you won't be sent into North London and can say goodbye to the long commute, meaning you'll gain a better work life balance.

What will be expected of you:



* Pricing / Estimation knowledge
* Program management and set up - ideally with Microsoft Project
* Carry out progress reports / meetings
* Value Engineering
* Variation orders
* Sub-Contractor Management
* Procurement
