Mechanical Project Manager

A capable Mechanical Project Manager is required to join a market leading M&E Contractor with offices based in Romfrod and projects in London.

This Group business turns over £120 million over the course of a year, with this specialist division contributing roughly £13 million, with projects valued up to £5 million.

Projects will mainly be between the Retail and Fit-out sector, however you will focus almost exclusively on the Fit-out sector, so experience within this field will be advantageous.

What will be expected of you:



* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required

Experience / Qualifications you will need:



* SMSTS
* Retail or Commercial fit-out project experience
* 3 years project management minimum
* Driving licence

You will receive:
