Mechanical Project Manager - Romford - £50,000 to £60,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Are you an technically minded Mechanical Project Manager wanting to work for a leading M&E Contractor?

Do you have the ability to project manage Commercial projects up to £3 million Mechanical value?

If you answered yes to either of the above questions, you could be the right individual to work with my client, who are a massive name within the M&E contracting world.

With projects spread across Central London valued between £1 million to £4 million, you will be predominately office based with site visits. Projects will see you overseeing the installation of Mechanical services to New Build and Refurbishment schemes into commercial premises, such as shopping centres, offices and restaurants.

Duties for a Mechanical Project Manager:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
