Mechanical Project Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £50,000 to £60,000

Are you an accomplished Mechanical Project Manager with experience within the Residential sector?

Looking to join a company that values your input and won't force you to work every hour under the sun?

My client are a principle contractor specialising in the Residential market, providing Mechanical installation services for high rise apartments, focusing on the Mechanical infrastructure such as Plant rooms, District heating and Heat recovery systems.

They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for an office based role in Tunbridge Wells, assisting from pre-tender through to handover with a cradle to grave approach to Project Management.

Duties:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement

Package:



* £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
* Pension
