Mechanical Site Manager

Randstad CPE is working on behalf of a tier one M&E contractor in Central London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with Commercial Fit out Experience. Ideally the individual will have experience working on commercial projects between £10-£50 million.

This particular client is based in the heart of East/Central London; typical projects are normally based in the zones 1-3. Currently the business has a turnover of over £100 million with expected growth to continue. They offer good progression and provide support throughout the team with a strong team ethos, this opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop with a tier one M&E contractor.

Responsibilities



* Liaison with clients to ensure project is in budget and delivered on time
* Attend client meetings
* Commissioning
* Liaison with Site manager/Supervisors
* Enforce & comply with comply with company health and safety regulations
* Record goods received and inspect for quality
* Carry out site inductions
* Managing site team
