Mechanical Site Manager - Dartford - £40,000 to £50,000

Are you a capable Mechanical Site Manager looking to join a well established M&E Contractor?

Do you want to work for a company with a track record of progressing and developing their staff?

My client have a huge presence within the Maintenance market, and over the past few years, have been growing their reach into the contracting market. Now accounting for 20% of their business turn over, they have implemented growth plans to continue this development.

As a Mechanical Site Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a site, including the paperwork for RAMS, reporting to the Project Manager on the progress of the project, and client facing duties when needed.

Duties for Mechanical Site Manager:



* Enforcing RAMS
* Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services
* Co-ordinate delivery of materials
* Report to Project Manager
* Progress Meetings / Reports
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Health and Safety & First Aid desirable
