Our client is and established M&E contractor, working primarily across the Commercial and residential market in the south east, with large scale projects up to the value of £10m + With a sharp upturn in projects, our client wants to appoint and experienced M&E site manager for a large residential development in London.

With the clients upturn in work, this is a great time to join the company.

Experience in overseeing M&E works for a main contractor or M&E contractor is essential together with solid experience overseeing residential or commercial projects; as is the ability to start within short notice due to the urgency of the requirement.

Up to £65,000 plus package

Location: London

Key responsibilities and experience will include:

* Site Supervision of M&E Subcontractors
* Performance review of M&E Subcontractors
* Management of Health & Safety
* Interface with building Subcontractors
* Work closely and interface with all other Site Management
* Quality inspections
* Snagging
* Inspection and test sign offs
* Witnessing of completed systems
* Interface between all M&E trades
* Works co-ordination
* Manage permits to work
* Site inductions

Qualifications and additional experience

* Mechanical/Electrical trade background or relevant ONC / HNC qualification.
* Experience working in a main contractor would be highly desirable
* Experience on either CAT A works or High End residential fit out
* Will need to be able to understand building services including design principles, method statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, commissioning and handover requirements
* Understand health & safety rules and regulations, CDM and including company policies.
