Mechanical Site Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £40,000 to £45,000 plus Vehicle

Are you a proven Mechanical Site Manager capable of delivering on projects valued up to £3 million?

Do you have the ability to control and monitor a Mechanical package on Residential projects?

My client are a well known Principle Contractor based in the heart of Kent that focus entirely within the Residential market, providing services to end users such as Local Councils and Housing Authorities.

They are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing team as they continue to take on more work with their pipeline already running into 2019.

This family run organisation primarily focus on the Plantrooms, District Heating and CHP aspects of New Build developments.

Duties:



* Enforcing RAMS
* Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services
* Co-ordinate delivery of materials
* Report to Project Manager
* Progress Meetings / Reports
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Health and Safety & First Aid desirable

* £40,000 to £45,000
