Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - West London - Up to £36,000 + Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering West London covering a new client who have just won a large contract. The successful candidate will be from an A/C background but also has qualified knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical maintenance and also a proven track record in commercial building (i.e Univeristies and Hospitals)

This is a permanent role and you will have the opportunity to be offered or interviewed for the permanent position on site, which will pay up to £36,000.


Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm


* Van & Fuel Card
* Basic Salary of £36,000
* 23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

* Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.


* Chillers - Condenser changes, re-gasing
* Splits/Multi-splits - Filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
* VRV/VAV/VRF - Filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
* Refigeration - Walk-in freezers & fridges
* Heat Pumps
* General building services tasks
* Lighting - lamp changes ballast changes
* Emergency light testing
* Electrical fault finding
* Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, chlorifiers, Emergency lighting, basic plumbing
* Working as part of the maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client


* Apprentice Trained
* F-Gas
* City & Guilds qualifications
* Client Facing
* Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
