This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced asbestos surveyor / analyst to be involved in one of the few environmental consultancies in the UK to have a licence to operate a fully mobile testing facility. Therefore, with this opportunity you should see yourself spending the morning surveying and working your afternoon in the mobile lab, making this a great varied role.

The consultancy are working on a large and extensive residential contract in the North West. As part of a rolling programme of asbestos management they require the ongoing presence of a locally based surveyor to carry out the bulk of the surveys. The role will involve the following duties

* Carrying out management surveys to residential type properties
* Using TEAM's software to complete the survey
* Using a mobile lab to carry out bulk analysis of materials sampled on site
* Produce accurate and factual reports in electronic format
* Carrying out background and reassurance testing (if P403 and P404 qualified)

This is also exclusively in the Liverpool and greater Mersyside area meaning that ideally you will be locally based

Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have a driving licence.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a P401, P402, P403 and P404. However my client would be happy to hear from candidates with a P401 and p402 or a P403 and P404 to carry out different roles.

This role will also require the successful applicant to have experience in a client facing environment and to be comfortable with managing projects and other surveyors.
