Mobile cleaning Manager - Immediate start - £15.00p/h

Corrination Road, Cressex Business Park Buckinghamshire HP12

* Monday - Friday 08.00AM - 17.00PM
* Salary £15.00 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company

Your responsibilities include:

* Have an understanding of the property industry and how buildings work including some technical services
* A good understanding of the activities involved in facilities management, and site service provisions
* Knowledge of (private sector) contracts, particularly in a service environment.
* Contract knowledge and standards and the ability to read and understand contractual obligations and resolve scoping issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide advice, help and support to colleagues in relation to commercial or financial issues
* Clear understanding of the risk assessments process and inspection process for buildings (i.e. workplace assessment, fire, life, safety systems) in order to support the regional FM team


* Ability to influence others through collaboration to achieve results
* Demonstrate proven customer focus and customer service skills
* Ability to manage minor projects and works as required
* Good knowledge of SGF 20 standards; IOSH including actual experience or recognised qualification associated with health and safety, NEBOSH is desirable
* Previous experience in an FM role, including experience of working with building services and cleaning and experience in provision of general office services
* Ability to work within tight SLA's
* Works to a high quality standard
