Are you a Multi Skilled Tradesmen looking for a Permanent Position in the Bristol area? Do you have experience in Reactive Maintenance? This could be the ideal contract for you! Paying up to £16 per hour.

The Company

You will be working with a well established National Contractor. They cover a range of projects including Commercial Refurbishments, Social Housing and Small Commercial New Build Projects.

The Contract

The company are looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesmen to join their Reactive Maintenance team. This will involve carrying out repairs and snagging Domestic Properties.

Duties will include:

* 2nd Fix Carpentry: Doors, Hand Rails, Skirting and Kitchen Units
* Minor Plumbing: Replacing taps, repairing leaks
* Patch plastering
* Lock repairs and replacements

The company work 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch.

This is a temporary to permanent contract, which will start on a 3 month probation period.

After the probation period there will be opportunities for a company vehicle.

This contract is paying £15-17 per hour dependant on qualifications and experience.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on Social Housing Maintenance and a flexible skill set.

You will require:

* City & Guilds / NVQ
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Van and Tools
