Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer required to join a leading construction and maintenance provider in the UK. The successful post holder will ensure the delivery of hard service tasks, meet defined standards and customer service requirements at prescribed levels of quality and productivity. The role will operate across a new Facilities Management contract they hold in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide maintenance services for buildings, plant and services in compliance with health and safety and other regulatory requirements
* Provide efficient, cost effective and compliant service delivery to meet business and customer satisfaction
* Maintain and promote positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and customers through effective communications and delivery of service
* Ensure work is delivered in accordance with legislation, client and business expectations and professional standards
* Deliver services within professional and contractual conduct and performance
* Complete records, documentation and reports as appropriate, ensure information is submitted through appropriate channel for appropriate authorisation
* Contribute to creation and updating of the Planned Maintenance plan
* Undertake implementation of Minor Works and projects
* Undertake Electrical testing and Inspection
* Provide advice on Environmental Conditions, impacts and Energy Management
* Assist in the re-engineering of business & technical processes and embrace use of new technologies.
* Participate when required in internal and external Quality/Environmental audits
* Undertake such other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time to ensure service delivery and the wider Kier business objectives.
* Liaise with, induct and monitor specialist subcontractors.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

* The job requires evidence of technical ability including accreditation appropriate for the trade and service to be provided
* Full driving licence
* NICEIC Qualifying supervisor experience
* Help maintain appropriate accreditation by ensuring that all work is delivered in accordance with policy and procedures
* Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ or equivalent training programme
* NVQ level-3 certification required and C&G 2330/2356/2357/2382/ 2391/ AM1and AM2
* PAT Testing experience
* Fault finding, rectification, planned maintenance of single and three phase power, distribution boards LV/HV, emergency lighting, motors, BMS controls, variable speed drives, air handling units. First line response to the following air conditioning, boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, UPS, generators, fire alarm, security and access control systems, catering, water hygiene
* Air con/heating experience would be beneficial

Job details:

* Call out 1 in 3 (£80 standby) - Not called out very often
* Working hours, 8am - 5pm
* Van and Fuel card provided
* 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* £33,000 - £35,000
