Are you a qualified Plumber looking for a long term position in the Swindon area? Do you have experience in fitting Wet Rooms or Bathrooms in Domestic Properties? This could be the ideal contract for you! Paying up to £17 per hour.

The Company

You will be working with a well established Contractor who have several Maintenance contracts in the South West.

The Contract

The company are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team, with the aim to work on Wet Room fit outs in Domestic Properties.

Duties will include:

* Isolation and Rip Out
* 2nd Fix Plumbing: Shower trays and Sanitary Wear
* Wall Tiling

The flooring will be carried out by a specialised contractor, but if you can turn your hand to Vinyl Flooring, this would be beneficial.

Working hours are 8:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch. 40 hours a week. There may be opportunities for overtime.

This is a Long Term Contract, which will be paid on a Self Employed basis. Paying up to £17 per hour dependant on qualifications and experience.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting Wet Rooms, specifically in Social Housing.

You will require:

* City & Guilds / NVQ
* CSCS Card
* Van and Tools
