Do you live in Manchester and are looking for a full time position? We are looking for a level 3 nursery nurse to start as soon as possible in our big bright nursery within Manchester city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who's wanting to progress within the early years sector! We are offering full time and part time hours for anyone who wants to continue their career within early years. You will be expected to work hours between 7am-7pm Monday - Friday.

About our nursery and values.
We provide childcare from children aged 3 months to 5 years. We have a baby room, a toddler room and a preschool room. We are dedicated in supporting the on-going development of children in our care through;

We have three nurseries based in Manchester and Stockport and are a family run business. We like to promote internally giving you the best start with your early years career.
Our nurseries are medium sized and consist of around 65 children. We are based in an old traditional house and has just been renovated.
What will be expected of you as a nursery nurse.
- You will be responsible for helping out with the breakfast and lunch covers of the nursery.
- To take part in group activities with the children and making sure everyone's involved!
- Ensuring the children are learning through play including activities such as counting, letters, colours and shapes.
- To be friendly, approachable and to also be confidential.
- To comply with all safeguarding rules and regulations in order to keep all children and staff safe.
- Assisting with song times, story times and creative play.
- To have in depth conversations with parents about their child's growth and development.
- To risk asses rooms before play which will eliminate all accidents and hazards?
- To work well within a team but to also have good initiative when working solo.
- To have the ability to deal with children in the correct manor when they're not doing as they are asked.
