Are you a qualified childcare practitioner looking for a permanent position from October/November 2018?

If you are passionate about working in early years and have an early years qualification then we would love to hear from you!

This is a permanent full time position available at a well established, family run, private nursery with children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years old to start as soon as possible. You will be on varied shift patterns between the times of 8am-6pm, 9am-6:15pm and 7am-4pm. Ideal candidates will have a relevant childcare qualification minimum to Level 3, graduates with childcare related degrees are also encouraged to apply.

You will receive a warm welcome by their dedicated and experienced team who thrive on providing a safe, stimulating and happy environment for every child to learn and develop. You must be willing to learn and to adapt to the nursery's routine and policies with an eager attitude to implement new ideas around children's development.

Requirements of this role:

Qualified candidates must have a NVQ3 in childcare or equivalent.
Must have relevant child care experience.
Be able to provide at least 1 child care reference.
Relevant knowledge of EYFS England and Wales.
Eligibility to work in the UK

In this role your main responsibilities will be:

- Planning and delivering fun and exciting activities
- Assisting with lunch and snack time
- Working towards assessing the development of children through observations
- Each day you will liaise with the team as well as parents, carers and other professionals to ensure the needs of every individual child are being met
- You will help the children to learn, grow and develop by writing up reports and linking observations to the EYFS Framework
