As our Operations Manager, you will be overseeing a portfolio of up to 20 services across London. What are your responsibilities?



* Leadership and management of the homes
* Contribution to the assessment, referral and admission process
* Ensuring all staff are adequately trained, inducted and supervised in line with CQC regulations
* Developing strategies to increase community presence and brand awareness
* Fulfilling obligations set out in the quality care standards
* Building a culture of team cohesion
* Promoting equal opportunities
* Maintaining an environment which enhances the safeguarding of vulnerable people

What is required?



* NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
* Regional or Operations experience
* Proven track record of improving services and successful business development
* CQC and learning disabilities specialism
