Operations Manager - Leading Managing Agent - Brand New Multi-Tenanted Commercial Building - London - Up to £50k + Package

Would you like the challenge of heading the management of all Soft Services contracts in a 300,000 Sq Ft multi-tenanted commercial building in London?

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to provide a 5* soft service provision, to help build and development relationships with a mixture of high end corporate tenants, whilst also managing the front of house, cleaning, security and landscaping contractors.

Responsibilities:



* Providing daily tenant and client liaison across the site.
* Management of all Soft Service contractors on site including cleaning, catering, security, landscaping and post room.
* Daily tenant liaison
* Chairing meeting for tenants and sub contractors
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers.
* Ensure any issues raised are dealt with accordingly.

This exciting opportunity is paying a generous salary of up to £50k + package for a driven, dynamic, customer focused individual.
