To provide Administrative support to the Force, in particular with respect of Pay and Pensions, ensuring efficient and effective administration services.

To help in the payroll processes.

To assist in the production of documentation as required, ensuring accurate and grammatically correct reporting of key information.

To respond and deal with all queries.

To process all data promptly and efficiently.

To send reports and information across the Force.


You must have NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or relevant experience

You MUST be IT literate in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You MUST be a very strong administrator

You must have experience within administration support and data entry

You must have knowledge of payroll procedures
