Contract Support Administrator / Works Planner - Bristol, Patchway

Are you a motivated and driven administrator seeking work in the Bristol area?

Our leading property maintenance client based in Bristol is seeking a Contract Support Administrator / Works Planner on a temporary to permanent basis.



* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
* £10.00 ph + Holiday pay whilst contract (salary when permanenet £20k - £22k)
* Immediate start
* Excellent working environment

Duties:



* Providing administration support to a major contract
* Arranging engineers work
* Raising Purchase order numbers
* Ordering supplies and materials
* Maintaining internal systems
* Creating and updating new jobs on internal systems
* Registering requirements, complaints and complements via email and phone

Experience Needed:



* Strong PC skills including
* Professional and motivated (essential)
* Able to plan and coordinate workloads
* Keen to learn and develop new skills and training (essential)
* Previous contract support experience or coordination experience (desirable)
* Understanding of property maintenance, FM or construction or similar (desirable)
* Immediate to start or short
