Plasterboard Development Project Leader



Full-Time/Permanent Position

Monday-Friday 09.00am-17.30pm

Do you have experience and relevant qualifications in research and develpment?

We are looking for candidates that are capable of leading projects within the development of new products and systems through understanding customer requirements, as well as leading the business activities associated with cost reduction and product management.

This role is working for the largest plasterboard manufacturers in Europe, we are always looking to improve and better the quality of our products. This is why we are looking for Project Leaders to develop research and lead teams to find new solution to improve our products.

You must be able to;

* Define Projects to fit with business strategy through understanding the root of problem / customer requirements relative to products
* Know and apply existing standard methods & develop new ones
* Developing complex and scientific information into information which allows the business to make decisions
* Make a significant contribution to capturing the knowledge of how and why our products and systems perform
* Identify losses and use modern experimental design approaches
* Support department and team objectives as well as providing technical support to all relevant projects
* Business projects to a successful conclusion or quick effective kill by demonstrating best practice in leadership skills
* Actively contributes to developing new safe working methods and to the compilation of the team annual safety plan
