job description

Are you looking for a long-term position without planning requirements?

Are you longing for a more balanced work and social life?

Then I need you!

The primary schools in Potters Bar are in need of dedicated PPA Cover Teachers to deliver their pre-planned lessons in an enthusiastic and motivating manner. You will often be providing release time for the school's class teachers or leadership staff. The welcoming and approachable staff will ensure that you have access to all the resources you need to conduct their planned lessons with the view to encouraging the pupil's to flexibility to decide whether you would prefer to work in various schools on a day to day basis, or commit to something long term to provide continuity.

We are Hertfordshire County Council's preferred agency of choice for teachers and support staff and we have been for over 9 years. We work with schools all across Hertfordshire for all their supply needs. Therefore we have the capability to find you work that suits you but keeping busy as consistently as possible.

Look at what our current teachers have to say about us…

"I've worked for Randstad for a number of years now and I've always found the 'team behind the phones' very amenable and easy to converse with. There is never any pressure to accept a booking you really don't want to take, just gentle persuasion sometimes! Any queries are quickly dealt with whatever they may be. I would recommend Randstad to anyone thinking of taking the plunge and joining a friendly team." Corral

If you think this could be for you and would like to discuss opportunities further please do call Winnie on 01582 811 878
