job description

Are you a qualified Teacher looking for a new opportunity?

Are you looking for work to start in September?

Would you like to work with the team from the first National Nurturing school in the UK?

Then apply today!

This two form entry school in Watford, rated 'good' on their last Ofsted are looking for inspiring KS2 Teachers to join them from September. This will be on a full time, permanent basis. Successful candidates will work solely at one school but will benefit from Trust support. They are particularly excited to hear from NQTs who are seeking their first post as a qualified teacher.

The school is now part of the Inclusive Multi Academy Trust which was established in 2016 with a vision to 'Inspire and nurture our children and their community to be the very best that they can be.'

All of the trust schools are situated within a mile of each other and of Watford town centre, which has excellent transport links to Central London/major airports and the M25 and M1. Each school is richly diverse and children with different languages, cultures and religions learn together in harmony. Their trust ethos is a nurturing one and they put the mental health and wellbeing of their children, parents and staff at the centre of this.

This confidence is the result of the support given to me as a teacher and the professionalism shown by the Hertfordshire team. The work opportunities have been plentiful and the pay is very fair. There also seems always to be a very good relationship between the schools that I have worked for and the Hertfordshire service." Pam
