Project Administrator

A large residential developer who focuses on social housing is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Camden. The role will be a temp - perm position..


* Team events (drinks, food, parties)
* Close to several stations and busses for an easy commute
* Paying between £23 - £27 K
* The chance to go permanent with the company
* Room for progression


* Attending meetings
* Updating project tracker on Excel on a daily basis
* Working alongside the business analyst
* Liaising with the team of site managers on a daily basis
* Liaising with clients and contractors
* Ordering stationery for both head office and sites
* Dealing with day to day deliveries
* General office typing, including meeting minutes, sub-contractor interviews
* Formatting documents for staff, both in the office and on sites
* Updating project and telephone lists when required
* Ad hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* A can do attitude, willing to learn
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
