Can you work to very tight deadlines, whilst gathering and managing a variety of detail for numerous projects? As a project coordinator within this company, you will be supporting and managing the creation and management of documents and manuals within a hard copy and on line platform. You will not need to be a highly technical person as templates and profiles are already in place, however you will need to be IT literate with a good command of the English language as these documents are being produced for client use. You will be researching and gathering information from a number of different sources, for a variety of projects at varying stages. This opportunity will suit someone who is highly organised, able to build rapport with clients and thrives on getting a great job very well done.

You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, gaining information and updates which you will then use to create on line and hard copy manuals and documents. Managing a variety of projects at any one time, this is a very busy and at times pressured role. You must be able to work calmly under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional.

As a coordinator you will be;
*Responding to quotation requests and cost queries
*Attending meetings with clients
*Handling around 20 projects at any given time
*Ascertaining client requirements and managing expectations
*Creating and maintaining client records
*Compiling reports using Microsoft Excel
*Answering any client queries on project progress
*Proof reading and quality check of submitted documentation

Preferred Skills:
*Advanced Excel skills; V-lookup, macros, filters, data merge
*Business client relationship management
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Proof reading
*Document control
*Project management
*Evidence of working to deadlines
*Full clean driver's license

Personal Attributes:
*Highly organised
*Self motivated by targets

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is an experienced administrator/coordinator who is looking to progress their career into a fairly self managed role. You will have the autonomy to manage your projects, whilst reporting updates into your line manager with your progress. You will be a very organised person who is highly motivated by the completion of projects and will be comfortable with business to business contact on a written and verbal basis.
