My client is a major construction, property, residential and services group looking to gain a experienced Project Manager based in Leeds. They are looking to build an individuals expertise and contribute to a rich and diverse culture. Their vision is to be a world class company focusing on the customers whom invest in building, maintaining and renewing the current environment.

My client is offering a competitive salary and full benefits package:

* £65,000-75,000 basic salary

Candidates must be in a commutable distance from Leeds, Sheffield and York to work on Projects in these surrounding areas.

This role will cover Primary, Secondary and Higher Education, Student Accommodation, High Rise Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Public Sector work.


* Candidates must be able to plan the entire project delivery to meet contractual and industry standard
* Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free
* Co-ordinate resources across the project and delivery objectives
* Monitor the implementation of systems for quality control and review the program with the section managers
* Take corrective actions to improve the financial and commercial returns
* Co-ordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns
* Take action to enhance client relationships
* Monitor safety on site and feedback learning's into the business.
* Be aware of industry initiatives and technological advances
* Plan to create a high performing teams and one where staff are given opportunities they require for their development

Qualifications and Experiences:

* Must be computer literate (used Outlook, Astra Power Projects or similar planning software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Must have a full clean driving license
* Gained Safety Awareness courses (CITB 5 day course- SMSTS, CDM, Crane Appointed Person, Scaffold, First Aid, Temporary Works)
* Member of a recognised professional body or qualifications e.g. MCIOB, RICS
* Must excel in being a good communicator and have the ability to work well under pressure, heading site teams
* Ideally degree qualified
