An established regional contractor, with offices in Sussex and Surrey, are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to manage new build and refurbishment schemes in Kent and Sussex. This business is a privately owned contractor and work in the education, residential and commercial sectors. Their projects consist of schemes from £1 million to £15 million in project value.

* Experience managing projects over £5M
* Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors
* Creating and management of programme
* Managing the design process
* Client meetings and associated issues
* Health and Safety plans
* Motivating and inspiring the team
* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
* Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing project with values over £5M across a variety of sectors. You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all pre construction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
